Participation

  1. The promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and agents of Premier Foods Group Limited and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.
  2. The Great Little Ideas: Homepride Hamper promotion is available on www.greatlittleideas.com (the "Website").
  3. The opening date of the competition is Thursday 5th January 2012. The competition will run for 4 weeks, ending Sunday 5th February 2012 at 12.00 am (the "Term of the Promotion") and will consist of one prize draw at the end of the Term of the Promotion.
  4. Entrants will be required to sign-up or sign-in to an account on the Great Little Ideas website.
  5. Only one entry will be made into the prize draw per registered user.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any user which it deems has used improper technical means to enter.
  7. Information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with Premier Foods Group's privacy policy.

How to Enter

  1. To enter the free prize draw for the chance to win one of the 30 Homepride Hampers, simply complete the registration form for a Great Little Ideas user account. Once all your details have been entered and you have clicked submit, you will be entered into the draw.
  2. All entrants to the free prize draw are signing up for a Great Little Ideas user account. This is an account within the Website which enables the user to save their favourite recipes, comment on recipes and send in their own recipes. Users can opt-in to receive a regular email newsletter when they sign-up. Should the participant decide at a later date that they would no longer like to receive these emails, they should click on the opt-out link available in the email received.

Prize Attribution

  1. All entries received within the Term of the Promotion will be entered into a free prize draw for the chance to win one of 30 Homepride Hampers.
  2. There will be 30 winners at the end of the Term of the Promotion, who will each receive a Homepride Hamper, consisting of Homepride’s Meal Essentials products (1 x Tomato and Herb Pasta Bake Sauce, 1x Tomato and Bacon Pasta Bake Sauce, 1x Cheese and Bacon Pasta Bake Sauce, 1 x Chilli Cooking Sauce 1x Spanish Chicken Cooking Sauce and 1 oven dish). There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative to the oven dish of equal or greater value.
  3. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries under independent supervision and notified by email, no later than Monday 20th February 2012.

General Provisions

  1. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  2. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide an address for delivery or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these terms and conditions or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original winner.
  3. The Promoter may declare void any entries which are incomplete or which it believes to be fraudulent.
  4. The name and county of winners will be available on Monday 5th March 2012 on www.greatlittleideas.com for a minimum period of three months.
  5. The Winners may be invited to participate in unpaid publicity concerning this Promotion, including attending a photo shoot.
  6. The Winners should allow 28 days from the closing date for receipt of their prize.
  7. The Promoter's decisions in all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the prizes for reasons beyond their reasonable control.
  9. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and the Winners consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of advertising, promotion and/or publicity in connection with the Promotion.
