Choc and Orange Muffin Pudding

A spoonful of marmalade or jam over a chocolate chip muffin warmed and then served with custard – a simple pudding everyone will love.
Serves 4
What you need
- 4 tablespoons of marmalade (or fruity jam instead)
- 4 large chocolate chip muffins
- Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard
- Microwave safe plate
How to make it
- Remove the wrappers from the muffins and spread a spoonful of marmalade over each muffin.
- Place the muffins into the microwave on a microwave safe plate and cook on high power for 1 minute until the marmalade melts and the muffins are warm.
- Serve with warm Ambrosia Chocolate Flavoured Custard.
Hints and tips
- Serve with some mandarin oranges to give an even fruitier flavour.
