Cut a Cadbury Mini Roll lengthways and lay both slices flat. Top with sliced strawberries or bananas for a deliciously fruity treat.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 Cadburys Mini Rolls
  • 8 strawberries sliced or 1 large sliced banana
  • 4 small serving plates

How to make it

  1. Cut a Cadbury Mini Roll lengthways and lay both slices flat on a serving plate.
  2. Place a layer of sliced strawberries or bananas along each piece of the Cadbury Mini Roll.

Hints and tips

  • For an extra special treat serve with some vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
  • Try drizzling over some single cream for a more indulgent version of this recipe.
