Stirring a big spoonful of Hartley’s Jam into vanilla ice cream makes a deliciously fruity pudding.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons Hartleys’s Strawberry Jam
  • 4 sundae dishes

How to make it

  1. Place the ice cream into a mixing bowl and gently stir in the Hartley’s Jam to produce a ripple effect.
  2. Serve immediately in the sundae dishes.

Hints and tips

  • For a special treat sprinkle over some chopped nuts or sugar strands.
  • Any flavour of Hartleys’s Jam works well so try experimenting with different combinations.
