Stick two digestives biscuits together with Hartley’s Smooth Jam for a quick treat.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 8 digestive biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons of Hartleys Smooth Strawberry Jam

How to make it

  1. Spread a tablespoon of jam on the bottom of 4 biscuits and then sandwich together with the remaining biscuits.

Hints and tips

  • For an extra special BBQ treat, spread any flavour of Hartley’s Smooth Jam onto a chocolate digestive biscuit (on the chocolate side) then sandwich together with another biscuit, placing a marshmallow inside. Wrap in foil BBQ for a few seconds until the chocolate and marshmallow melts.

  • just made myself one of these little treats after searching the website! Oh before i forget, on day i put some Angel delight mixture on digestives and left them to chill in my fride. Sfter about 30 minutes or so (im not too sure!) the are ready to eat. Yum, anyway i think i have wrote to much here, bye
