What you need
- a jar of Haywards Beetroot
- 300ml pot of sour cream
- nachos or crisps
- a plate for chopping
How to make it
- Drain the Haywards Beetroot and place onto a plate and chop finely.
- Pour the sour cream into a suitable bowl and add the chopped beetroot and mix well.
- Serve with nachos or crisps.
Hints and tips
- Add some roughly chopped spring onions to add a crunchy texture.
- For a healthier snack serve with some vegetable sticks such as carrots, celery, cucumber and pepper.
