Add some cooked chicken to Homepride Curry Sauce and serve over chips for a chip shop style curry.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 300g frozen oven chips
  • Jar Homepride Curry Cook-In Sauce
  • 2 cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • non stick saucepan
  • baking tray

How to make it

  1. Cook chips according to pack instructions
  2. Pour over Homepride Curry sauce into a saucepan and add the cooked chicken, stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve over chips

Hints and tips

  • This recipes also works really well as a jacket potato topping.
  • Try adding any left over vegetables such as peas or cauliflower.
