Mexican Style Tuna Bake

Try adding dried pasta, tuna, a teaspoon of chilli, sliced green and red pepper to an ovenproof dish and then pour over Homepride Tuna Pasta Bake, top with cheese and cook in the oven for 25–35 minutes for a tasty Mexican twist.
Serves 3
What you need
- 200g dried pasta
- 1 green pepper chopped into strips
- 1 red pepper chopped into strips
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder.
- Jar Homepride Tuna Pasta Bake
- 100g grated cheese
- ovenproof dish
How to make it
- Place dried pasta, tuna, peppers and chilli into a suitable baking dish.
- Pour over Homepride Tuna Pasta Bake Cooking sauce and 2/3rds jar water as pack instructs and then mix all together ensuring pasta is all covered.
- Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200ºC / Gas Mark 6.
- Stir and cover with grated cheese then return to the oven for 20 minutes.
Hints and tips
- Canned sweetcorn and broccoli are also a delicious combination to serve with tuna.
