Mushroom Bolognese with Pancetta

Add a touch of smokiness to Loyd Grossman Bolognese with Mushroom by frying diced pancetta with the minced meat.
Serves 4
What you need
- 500g lean minced beef
- 200g pancetta, diced
- 1 × 660g Jar Loyd Grossman Bolognese with Mushroom Sauce
- 300g spaghetti
- non-stick pan
- saucepan for pasta
How to make it
- Fry mince in a non-stick saucepan until lightly browned and then add pancetta and fry for a further couple of minutes.
- Add sauce and gently simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the meat is cooked.
- Whilst the sauce is simmering cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- To serve combine the sauce with the hot cooked spaghetti.
Hints and tips
- If you prefer use pasta shapes such as penne or fusilli.
- For a fabulously tasty finish top the Bolognese with some parmesan shavings.
