A great finishing touch to Loyd Grossman Tikka Masala Curry is a spoonful of double cream and chopped coriander leaves.
Serves 3
What you need
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 300g diced chicken
- 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- double cream
- small handful of coriander, chopped finely
- non-stick pan
How to make it
- Add the vegetable oil to a hot pan and gently fry the chicken for 5 minutes until sealed.
- Stir in all of the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Take the pan off the heat and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before topping with spoonful of double cream and chopped coriander.
Hints and tips
- Serve with boiled basmati rice and some mango chutney.
- This curry can also be made with left over cooked turkey or chicken but reduce the cooking time to 15 minutes and miss out step 1.
