Loyd Grossman Tikka Masala makes the perfect marinade for meat and fish when combined with a little yoghurt.
Serves 3
What you need
- 2-3 chicken breast fillets
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- baking tray
How to make it
- Mix 2-3 chicken breasts with yoghurt an grated ginger then cover and set aside in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Add the jar of Loyd Tikka Masala Sauce and mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Place the chicken along with the marinade in a baking tray and bake in preheated oven 190ºC/ Gas mark 5 until the chicken is cooked through.
Hints and tips
- Try serving with a fresh onion and coriander salad and some warm chapati breads.
