Before serving Loyd Grossman Rogan Josh Curry, stir through some yoghurt and coriander leaves for a great finishing touch.

Serves 3

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 300g diced chicken
  • 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
  • greek style yoghurt
  • small handful of coriander, chopped finely
  • non-stick pan

How to make it

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry chicken until sealed and browned.
  2. Stir in all the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Take off the heat and leave for 2-3 minutes before topping with a dollop of yogurt and chopped coriander.

Hints and tips

  • Serve with a portion of pilaf rice and a mini garlic and coriander naan bread.

  • had this yesterday with my fiance and it was really nice the corriander gave it a good flavour, we had poppadums instead of the naan bread.
