Loyd Grossman Dopiaza Curry is fabulous simply poured over grilled lamb chops.
Serves 4
What you need
- 12 lamb chops, approximately 300g
- 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Dopiaza Curry Sauce
- Greek style yoghurt
- serving dish
- saucepan
How to make it
- Grill the lamb chops for about 4 minutes on each side on a moderate heat, until browned and tender. Put in a serving dish.
- Gently simmer sauce until heated through.
- Pour sauce over the lamb chops and finish with a spoonful of yoghurt.
Hints and tips
- For a delicious supper idea try serving with some roasted aubergine, courgettes and peppers, tossed in oil and cumin seeds.
- Pork chops can also be used in this recipe so just follow the cooking instructions on the pack.
