Puttanesca Grilled Pork

Use Loyd Grossman Puttanesca Sauce as a delicious pouring sauce over grilled pork, topped with lemon zest and parsley.
Serves 4
What you need
- 300g pork fillets
- 1 Jar Loyd Grossman Puttanesca Sauce
- zest of one lemon
- handful of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- saucepan
How to make it
- Grill the pork for about 8-10 minutes on each side under a moderate grill, until cooked through. Transfer to a warm serving dish to rest for 5 minutes.
- Gently simmer the sauce until heated through.
- Take the sauce off the heat and stir through the lemon zest and parsley.
- To serve, simply pour over cooked pork fillets.
Hints and tips
- Serve with some garlic mash and buttered steamed green beans for a speedy supper idea.
- For a really quick meal try serving with a packet of savoury rice or cous cous.
