For an extra special treat decorate Mr Kipling Mini Classics with fruit pieces and squirty cream.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 Mr Kipling Victoria Mini Classics
  • chunky fruit pieces, e.g. strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • squirty cream

How to make it

  1. Take a Mr Kipling Victoria Mini Classic.
  2. Add squirty cream on top (you could separate the Mini Classic into two halves if you wish).
  3. Decorate by adding chunky fruit pieces.

Hints and tips

  • For a special treat try using clotted cream or crème fraîche instead of squirty cream.
