Simple Eton Mess

I made this

Cut up Mr Kipling Viennese Whirls and mix with strawberries, raspberries and whipped cream for a delicious take on an Eton Mess pudding.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 6-8 Mr Kipling Viennese Whirls
  • strawberries and raspberries
  • whipped cream
  • large glass bowl

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Carefully cut up Mr Kipling Viennese Whirls with a knife and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add a generous helping of fresh strawberries and raspberries to the bowl.
  3. Add in some whipped cream and stir everything together for a delicious take on an Eton Mess pudding.

Hints and tips:

  • For a lighter version of this pudding substitute the cream with low fat crème fraîche.

  • Wasn't too keen on the presentation. However tasted lovely even though I only had strawberries as forgot raspberries. Kids and I loved it.
