Glazed Sausages and veg

For mouth-watering sausages, crumble a Beef Oxo Cube and mix with honey and wholegrain mustard, then drizzle over cooked sausages, return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with vegetables for a fantastic supper idea.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 8 good quality sausages
- 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 Oxo Beef Cube
- ovenproof dish
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Cook the sausages in the oven as directed on the pack.
- Meanwhile place the mustard and honey into a small bowl then add a crumbled Oxo cube. Mix well
- Drizzle or brush the Oxo mixture over the cooked sausages and return them to a hot oven for another 10 minutes.
Hints and tips:
- This recipe makes a tasty family meal if you cook the sausages on a bed of vegetables such as peppers, courgettes and onions and serve with creamy mashed potatoes.
- For a vegetarian recipe use Quorn sausages and an Oxo Vegetable cube.
