Glazed BBQ Steaks or Burgers

For tasty BBQ steak or burgers, brush the steak or burgers with a crumbled Oxo Beef cube mixed with tomato puree and squeezy honey before grilling or barbecuing.
Serves 4
What you need
- 4 beef burgers or beef steaks
- 1 Oxo Beef Cube
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- squeezy honey
How to make it
- Crumble the Oxo Beef cube into the tomato puree and add a lttle honey so the mixture is slightly runny.
- Brush about half of the mixture over one side of your burgers or steaks and place under a moderate grill, glaze side up or on the BBQ, glaze side down.
- After a few minutes, turn the meat and brush more of the mixture on the other side and continue cooking until cooked to your liking.
Hints and tips
- For another easy glaze crumble the Oxo cube into tomato ketchup and brush onto meat in the same way for a tasty tomato BBQ flavour.
