Crumble an Oxo Vegetable Cube into your vegetable stir-fry to enhance the flavour.

Serves 4

What you need

  • a tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 600g mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 Oxo Vegetable cubes
  • wok or large non-stick frying pan

How to make it

  1. Pour the oil into a hot wok or frying pan and then add the vegetables.
  2. Sprinkle 2 Oxo Vegetable cubes over the mixture and stir-fry for about 5 mins until vegetables are just tender.

Hints and tips

  • Serve with some noodles and a dash of soy sauce.
  • Garnish your stir-fry with finely chopped spring onions.

Tasty Moroccan Cous Cous

For a tasty Moroccan style cous cous just gently heat a crumbled Oxo vegetable cube, the zest of one lemon and a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Add a cup of cous cous and half a cup of boiling water, bring to the boil. To finish off add a handful of sultanas and leave to stand for 7 minutes before serving.
