Crumble an Oxo Vegetable Cube into your vegetable stir-fry to enhance the flavour.
Serves 4
What you need
- a tablespoon vegetable oil
- 600g mixed stir-fry vegetables
- 2 Oxo Vegetable cubes
- wok or large non-stick frying pan
How to make it
- Pour the oil into a hot wok or frying pan and then add the vegetables.
- Sprinkle 2 Oxo Vegetable cubes over the mixture and stir-fry for about 5 mins until vegetables are just tender.
Hints and tips
- Serve with some noodles and a dash of soy sauce.
- Garnish your stir-fry with finely chopped spring onions.
