How-to Video

Make Sage & Onion stuffing balls and wrap with bacon to make a special Christmas treat.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 packet of Paxo Sage & Onion 85g stuffing mix
  • 200g of streaky back bacon or pancetta strips
  • baking tray, lightly greased

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/ Gas mark 7
  2. Make the Paxo according to the packet instructions and form the Paxo stuffing mix into eight balls.
  3. Wrap the stuffing balls in the bacon and place onto a greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Hints and tips

  • For an interesting alternative chop the bacon up finely, fry until crispy, add to the mixture then shape into balls.
