Bake stuffing in a deep tray and it can then be easily sliced to serve with cold turkey on a sandwich with mayonnaise.

Serves 1

What you need

  • two thick slices of bread
  • a tablespoon mayonnaise
  • cooked turkey or any leftover roast meat
  • 1 packet of Paxo Sage & Onion stuffing cooked in a small baking tin or cold leftover Paxo stuffing
  • salad leaves

How to make it

  1. Place a good layer of mayonnaise on a piece of bread.
  2. Top with turkey and stuffing.
  3. Add some salad leaves and then top with another slice of bread spread with mayonnaise.

Hints and tips

  • Add cranberry sauce for an extra kick
