Sprinkle finely chopped red onions, tomatoes, green chillies , coriander and lime juice on a Sharwood’s poppadum for a delicious Masala Poppadom.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 4 Sharwood’s Ready To Eat Poppadoms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • juice of 1 lime
  • a handful of freshly chopped coriander

How to make it

  1. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and chillies and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the lime and chopped coriander and stir well.
  3. Break the poppadums and serve the masala relish on top.

Hints and tips

  • For a refreshing change serve the masala poppadom with a ready made cucumber and mint raita.
