Adding a spoonful or two of Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to a homemade curry adds extra spice and fruitiness.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 400g lamb suitable for stir-frying, cut into strips
  • 1 jar Balti cooking sauce
  • 2 tomatoes quartered
  • a handful of fresh coriander to garnish
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Sharwood’s Green Label Mango Chutney
  • non-stick frying pan

How to make it

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the lamb and cook for 10 minutes until browned.
  2. Add the jar of sauce and the tomatoes and spoonful of Mango Chutney and simmer until the lamb is tender.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

Hints and tips

  • Serve with some basmati rice and a warm naan bread.
  • Add an extra portion of Sharwood’s Green Label Mango Chutney on the side of the plates.
  • Serves: 2-3
