Add Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to diced peppers, onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander and lime juice to make a mango chutney salsa.

Serves 3

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon Sharwood’s Green Label Mango Chutney
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli, de-seeded
  • Small handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 lime

How to make it

  1. Finely chop the onions, peppers, tomatoes and chilli and place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped coriander and juice of whole lime and stir well.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and chill before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Serve with grilled chicken or oily fish.
  • For a great starter idea try serving this salsa with Poppadums for an alternative to Nachos.
