Salmon Noodle Salad

Sharwood’s Fine Egg Noodles are great in a salad. Simply add salad leaves and cooked meat or fish, a dash of soy sauce and sesame oil then finish with a squeeze of lime.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 pack Sharwood’s Ready to wok Noodles
  • 1 large dash of Soy sauce
  • 1 dash of Sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lettuce or bag of salad leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to season
  • wok or large non-stick frying pan

How to make it

  1. Cut the salmon into bite sized chunks and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Add the oil to a hot wok and stir fry the salmon gently for 5 minutes then add the Ready to Wok Noodles and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Take off the heat and add soy sauce, sesame oil and the juive and zest of one lime.
  4. Place the salad leaves into a bowl, add the stir-fry and serve.

Hints and tips

  • This recipe also works really well with chicken or fresh tuna steaks.
  • For a delicious garnish sprinkle over some toasted sesame seeds.
