For that extra Thai flavour, why not try adding sliced green chillies, bamboo shoots and green beans to your Sharwood’s Thai Green Curry.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 Green chillies, chopped finely
  • handful bamboo shoots
  • handful of trimmed green beans
  • 415g Jar Sharwood’s Thai Green Cook In Sauce
  • wok or deep-sided frying pan

How to make it

  1. Add the oil to a hot wok and stir-fry the chicken 5 minutes until brown and sealed.
  2. Add the green chilli, bamboo shoots and green beans to the wok and stir-fry for a couple of minutes .
  3. Pour in Sharwood’s Thai Green cook in sauce and heat through for 10 minutes or until chicken cooked.
  4. Serve with some cooked rice or noodles.

Hints and tips

  • For a mouth-watering supper idea serve with sticky rice and Thai crackers.
  • For extra kick leave in some of the chilli seeds.
