Hot Green Thai Curry

Turn up the heat by adding a chopped green chilli, including seeds, to your Sharwood’s Thai Green Curry. .

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1-2 Green chilli, chopped (keep seeds in to make it extra spicy)
  • Jar Sharwood’s Thai Green Cook In Sauce
  • wok or deep frying pan

How to make it

  1. Drizzle the oil into a hot pan, add the chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned and sealed.
  2. Add the chopped green chilli a cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add Sharwood’s Thai Green Curry cook in sauce and simmer for a further 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.

Hints and tips

  • Garnish with a portion of natural yohurt and freshly chopped coriander.
  • A lime and tomato salsa makes a delicious accompaniment to this curry. Just mix together finely chopped tomatoes, red onion and coriander then sprinkle over some lime juice.
