Balti Curry with a Roasted Pepper Twist

Add Sharwood’s Balti to some chicken and a jar of roasted peppers for an extra delicious flavour.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 420g Jar Sharwood’s Balti Cook In Sauce
  • 1 jar roasted peppers, drained and cut into chunks
  • non-stick frying pan

How to make it

  1. Pour the oil into a hot pan and stir-fry the diced chicken breasts for 5 minutes until sealed.
  2. Add Sharwood’s Balti cook in sauce and peppers then simmer gently for a further 10 minutes or until chicken cooked through.
  3. Serve with rice and warmed Sharwood’s Naan bread.

Hints and tips

  • Add a handful of freshly chopped coriander for a delicious garnish.
  • Instead of rice try serving the curry wrapped in a warm flatbread with a tomato salsa dip.
