Stuffed Bhuna Curry Peppers

Stuff some mixed peppers with Sharwood’s Bhuna Cook in Sauce and minced lamb – bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 350g of lamb mince
  • 420g Jar Sharwood’s Bhuna Cook In Sauce
  • 2 green and 2 red bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
  • non-stick frying pan
  • baking tray, lightly greased

How to make it

  1. Fry the lamb mince in a pan until brown.
  2. Add Sharwood’s Bhuna cook in sauce and then simmer gently for a further 5 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Stuff the peppers with the lamb Bhuna sauce mix and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven 200ºC/ Gas mark 6 and cook for 15 minutes or until the peppers are cooked.
  4. Remove carefully from the oven and serve with rice or a mixed salad.

Hints and tips

  • Add a handful of frozen mixed vegetables to the curry for variety and added texture.
