Nutty King Prawn Korma

Sprinkle some toasted almonds onto your Sharwood’s Korma and king prawns for a delicious nutty taste.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 300g raw king prawns
  • 420g Jar Sharwood’s Korma Cook In Sauce
  • a handful of sliced Almonds, lightly toasted in a pan
  • non-stick pan

How to make it

  1. Add the oil to a hot pan and stir-fry the prawns until they turn pink.
  2. Add Sharwood’s Korma cook in sauce and then simmer gently for about 5 minutes or until the prawns are cooked.
  3. Sprinkle the almonds over the curry just before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Serve the king prawn korma on a bed of basmati rice with a serving of shop bought cucumber raita.
  • For a change sprinkle some shredded coconut over the curry before serving.
