For an extra fresh flavour, add 5-6 cherry tomatoes to your Sharwood’s Lamb Rogan Josh 10 minutes before removing from the heat.

What you need
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 350g lean diced lamb
- 420g Jar Sharwood’s Rogan Josh Cook In Sauce
- 5-6 Cherry tomatoes
- non-stick frying pan
How to make it
- Pour the oil into a hot frying pan and fry the lamb for 5 minutes until sealed.
- Add the Sharwood’s Rogan Josh cook in sauce and simmer for 30 minutes or until the lamb is tender.
- Add the cherry tomotoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with some steamed basmati rice.
Hints and tips
- Warm a naan bread and stuff with the Rogan Josh with Cherry Tomatoes Curry and serve with a portion of onion relish.
