Oven cooking red meats in a casserole with Sharwood’s Spicy Tikka sauce will give it a deeper and richer flavour.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 350g diced lamb leg steaks
  • 1-2 Onions (chopped)
  • 1 Aubergine (sliced)
  • 1 420g Jar Sharwood’s Spicy Tikka Masala Cook-in sauce
  • Handful of fresh coriander (chopped)

How to make it

  1. Add onions, sliced aubergine and lamb in a casserole pot
  2. Pour over Spicy Tikka Masala over meat and veg, cover and cook in oven for 90minutes at 150°C, 300°F, Gas Mark 2
  3. Serve with the chopped coriander, Basmati rice and a spoonful of Sharwood’s Mango Chutney

Hints and tips

  • Beef can be used as an alternative to the lamb.
