For a delicious spicy sandwich filling combine some Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cook-in Sauce with cooked chicken, natural yoghurt, low fat mayonnaise and some dried apricots. Serve on a crusty warm baguette with salad leaves, great for a snack or lunchbox.

What you need
- 4 tablespoons Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cook-in Sauce
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 200g cooked chicken, diced
- a handful dried apricots, chopped
- 2 warm baguettes
- a handful of salad leaves
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl combine the Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Cook-in Sauce,natural yoghurt and low fat mayonnaise.
- Add the cooked chicken and chopped dried apricots, mix well.
- Fill the baguettes with the salad leaves and then top with a spoonful of the chicken tikka masala sandwich filling.
- Serve with some kettle chips and salad garnish for a tasty lunch idea.

- This sandwich filling is also fantastic served on a jacket potato.
