For a delicious twist on Cheese on Toast, mix grated cheese with the new Branston Tomato, Curry Spices and Hot Peri Peri Relish (also known as Chakalaka Relish), spread on toast and grill until hot and golden.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 2 thick slices bread
  • 150g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of Branston Tomato, Curry Spices and Hot Peri Peri Relish

How to make it

  1. Lightly toast the bread under the grill.
  2. Meanwhile mix together the grated cheese and Branston Tomato, Curry Spices and Hot Peri Peri Relish.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture over the toast and return to the grill until hot and golden.

Hints and tips

  • For a simple lunch idea spread the cheese mixture over slices of toasted ciabatta bread, grill and then serve with a crisp salad and some coldslaw.
