Fish finger pie is a quick and easy meal which the family is sure to enjoy so just place some grilled fish fingers in the base of an ovenproof dish then top with Branston Baked Beans and mashed potato. Cook in a moderate oven until piping hot and serve with seasonal vegetables.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 12 fish fingers
  • 300g mashed potato, ready-made or your own recipe
  • 1 can of Branston Baked Beans
  • ovenproof dish

How to make it

  1. Grill the fish fingers as directed on the pack instructions and then place in the base of a casserole dish
  2. Pour over a tin of Baked Beans and top with the mashed potato then bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC/ 400ºF/Gas 6 for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are piping hot and golden brown.

Hints and tips

  • For a change sprinkle some grated cheese over the potato.
  • Serve with some cooked vegetables such as carrots, peas or broccoli.
