For a tasty lunch idea try combining peking sauce and a jar of Loyd Grossman Tomato and Chilli sauce, add some cooked penne pasta then transfer to an ovenproof dish and scatter with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until the piping hot and serve with a fresh rocket salad.
What you need:
- 1 packet of Blue Dragon Lemon Peking sauce
- 1 jar Loyd Grossman Tomato and Chilli sauce
- 350g cooked pasta penne
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- ovenproof dish
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas Mark 5
- In a large bowl mix together the Blue Dragon Lemon Peking sauce and Loyd Grossman Tomato and Chilli sauce.
- Add the pasta and stir until the pasta is coated in the sauce then transfer the to an ovenproof dish and then sprinkle over the grated cheese then bake for 25 minutes or until the sauce is piping hot and the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve with a fresh rocket salad.
Hints and tips:
- To enhance the sweet and spicy flavour add a lemon dressing to the rocket salad.
- Try mixing some fresh breadcrumbs with the grated cheese for a crunchier topping.
