For a quick dessert idea melt some chocolate in a microwaveable dish, pour the melted chocolate onto a pancake then top with some summer berries and sliced Cadbury Mini Roll then fold and enjoy!

Serves 1

What you need

  • 3 squares chocolate
  • 1 ready made pancake
  • 50g summer berries, such as raspberries and strawberries
  • 1 Cadbury Mini Roll, sliced

How to make it

  1. Place the chocolate into a microwaveable bowl and melt for a few seconds on a low heat, leave to cool slightly.
  2. Pour the chocolate onto the pancake then top with summer berries.
  3. Add the sliced Cadbury Mini Roll and fold the pancake before serving.

Hints and tips

  • For a change use some warm chocolate custard instead of melted chocolate.
  • Try experimenting with different fruits such as pears or blueberries.
