For a simple but delicious dessert place some crushed digestive biscuits into the bottom of a dessert bowl and top with a layer of sliced strawberries and raspberries. Pour over a layer of Butter Scotch Angel Delight then decorate with whipped cream, sliced strawberries and grated chocolate
Serves 5
What you need
- 10 digestive biscuits, crushed
- 300g strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
- 100g raspberries, washed
- 1 sachet Butterscotch Angel Delight
- 300ml cold milk
- whipped cream and grated chocolate for decoration
- glass dessert bowl
How to make it
- Place some crushed digestive biscuits into the bottom of a dessert bowl and top with a layer of sliced strawberries and raspberries reserving a few strawberries for decoration.
- Make up the Angel Delight with the cold milk as directed on the pack and then pour over the fruit.
- Place the dessert in the fridge for 10 minutes and then decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate and strawberries. Return to the fridge until ready to serve.
Hints and tips
- This recipe can also be made in individual sundae dishes.
- Try experimenting with other flavours such as Raspberry Angel Delight and canned peaches to produce a mouth-watering Crunchy Peach Melba Delight.
