To make a quick and easy low sugar trifle firstly place some sliced fresh strawberries into a large serving dish then make up a sugar free jelly and when cool pour over the strawberries then transfer to the fridge to set . Meanwhile make up a sachet of Strawberry Angel Delight No Added Sugar as directed and then pour over the set jelly and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 6
What you need
- 300g strawberries, hulled, washed and sliced
- 1 sachet of strawberry sugar free jelly
- 300ml of milk
- 1 Sachet of Strawberry Angel Delight No Added Sugar
- 1 large serving dish
How to make it
- Place the strawberries into the base of a serving dish
- Make up the sugar free jelly as directed on the pack and when cool pour over the strawberries and then transfer to the fridge to set.
- Meanwhile make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack instructions with 300ml of milk and then pour over the set jelly and transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 10 minutes.
Hints and tips
- Decorate the trifle with some sliced strawberries.
- For variety try making this dessert with Chocolate Angel Delight No Added Sugar, an orange sugar free jelly and some mandarin oranges.
