For a simple but yummy dessert idea place some crumbled digestive biscuits in the base of 4 wine glasses and then add a layer of Chocolate Angel Delight, top with a scoop of ice cream and decorate the dessert with chocolate sauce.

Serves 4

What you need

  • digestive biscuits, crumbled
  • 1 sachet Chocolate Angel Delight
  • 300ml cold milk
  • 4 scoops vanilla or chocolate flavour ice cream
  • chocolate sauce
  • 4 wine glasses

How to make it

  1. Divide the biscuit crumbs between the 4 glasses and set aside.
  2. Make up the Chocolate Angel Delight using the cold milk as directed on the pack then pour over the biscuits.
  3. Place the glasses in the fridge for at least 10 minutes until the Angel Delight sets.
  4. Just before serving add a scoop of ice cream and some chocolate sauce.

Hints and tips

  • Chopped nuts and fresh fruit can also be added for decoration.
  • Try out different flavours such as Strawberry Angel Delight with Neapolitan ice cream.
