To make a quick and tasty BBQ marinade take equal quantities of tomato ketchup, brown sauce and Branston Original Pickle add some English mustard and honey then mix it all well in a bowl. Then your marinade is ready to coat your BBQ meats or is great to use as a BBQ sauce

Serves 10

What you need

  • 150g tomato ketchup
  • 150g brown sauce
  • 75g Branston Original Pickle
  • 2 tspn English mustard
  • 2 dessert spoons honey

How to make it

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and then use to coat BBQ meats and fish or use as a dipping BBQ sauce.

Hints and tips

  • For a spicy BBQ sauce replace the brown sauce with a hot chilli sauce or piri piri sauce.
  • For a really good flavour marinade meats, chicken and fish overnight in the fridge.
