For an irresistible half time snack just grill 2 sausages until cooked and browned. Take a warmed baguette, make a cut down the centre and add some Branston Mayo with a Twist of Sweet Chilli and fill with the cooked sausages to complete.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 2 pork sausages
  • 1 large baguette, warmed
  • Branston Mayo with a Twist of Sweet Chilli

How to make it

  1. Place 2 sausages on a grill pan and cook under a moderate heat until cooked and browned.
  2. Take a warmed baguette, make a cut down the centre and squirt some Branston Mayo with a Twist of Sweet Chilli along the centre
  3. Place the cooked sausages in the baguette and serve immediately.

Hints and tips

  • Try serving with some caramelised red onions.
