Citrus Fish Bites with Thai Dipping Sauce

Grill a large fillet of tuna or salmon then place it on a plate and drizzle over some lemon and lime juice then sprinkle over some black pepper, garlic and chilli flakes. Dice into small pieces, thread onto cocktail sticks and serve with warmed Loyd Grossman Yellow Thai Curry with Water Chestnuts and Green Beans as a dip.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 large tuna or salmon fillet
  • juice of half a lemon
  • juice of a small lime
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch each of garlic and chilli flakes
  • 1 jar Loyd Grossman Yellow Thai Curry with Water Chestnuts and Green Beans (warmed)
  • Cocktail sticks, bowl and plate for serving

How to make it

  1. Grill a large fillet of tuna or salmon under a moderate heat for about 6 minutes each side or until cooked.
  2. Place the fish onto a plate and drizzle with lemon and lime juice then sprinkle over some black pepper, garlic and chilli flakes.
  3. To serve dice the cooked fish into small pieces and thread onto cocktail sticks and serve with a bowl warmed Loyd Grossman sauce as a dip.

Hints and tips

  • For a more intense flavour marinade the fish for a couple of hours in the lemon and lime dressing prior to cooking.
  • Try preparing this recipe with a selection of fish including king prawns.
