For a quick and easy banoffee pie just layer a dish with sliced Cadbury Caramel Cake Bars and sliced banana, then cover with a layer of toffee sauce and finish off with some whipped cream.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 Cadbury Caramel cake bars, sliced
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • toffee sauce
  • whipped cream
  • 1 large dessert bowl

How to make it

  1. Place the Cadbury Caramel cake bars in the base of a dessert bowl and cover with sliced bananas.
  2. Drizzle the toffee sauce over the bananas.
  3. Cover the dessert with a layer of whipped cream and chill in the fridge before serving.

Hints and tips

  • For a warming winter banoffee pie place the cake bars, bananas and toffee sauce in an ovenproof dish and heat gently in the oven before adding the cream.
