Gently warm a Cadbury Cake bar and add to baked banana then top with ice cream for a delicious take on the banana split.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 Cadbury Cake Bar
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 scoop ice cream, any flavour
  • sundae dish

How to make it

  1. Wrap the banana in foil and then place in a preheated oven 180º/350ºF/ Gas 4 for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a Cadbury Mini Roll and place onto a plate.
  3. Place the plate into the microwave for 20 seconds at 750W then allow to stand for the 30 seconds.
  4. To complete split the baked bananas lengthways and then add the cake bar then top with a scoop of ice cream.

Hints and tips

  • Sprinkle with nuts for a crunchy finishing touch.
