For a simple but satisfying dessert idea pour a warmed pot of Ambrosia Devon custard over a chopped banana.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 × 150g pot Ambrosia Devon Custard
  • 1 medium sized banana, peeled and chopped
  • dessert bowl

How to make it

  1. Warm up the Ambrosia Devon Custard as directed on the pot instructions.
  2. Place the chopped banana into a dessert bowl and then pour the custard over.

Hints and tips

  • Try adding a swirl of toffee sauce for a quick banoffee custard idea.

  • i added chicken strips and mushrooms to the above veg and topped with grated cheese and bread crumbs and served it as our evening meal very filling and very healthy
