Mix together a sachet of Stawberry Angel Delight, milk, a banana and blueberries in a blender and whizz for 10 seconds to make a delicious smoothie.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 550ml cold milk
  • 1 sachet of Sugar Free Strawberry Angel Delight
  • 1 large banana, peeled and roughly chopped
  • a handful of blueberries or any fruit of your choice
  • electric blender
  • 4 – 6 tall glasses

How to make it

  1. Place the Strawberry Angel Delight into the blender and then pour in the cold milk.
  2. Add the banana and blueberries and blend for at least 10 seconds, until the fruit is blended.
  3. Serve in tall glasses.

Hints and tips

  • Create your own recipes by using your favourite fruit and any combination of Angel Delight.
  • Substitute the milk with fruit juice for an even fruitier smoothie.

  • I made this for my children . its a great way of getting the little ones to eat fruit. I changed the sachet for the angel delight LIGHT just to make it extra healthy x
