Add some chopped chilli peppers and maple syrup to Paxo Stuffing Mix for spicy stuffing balls.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 85g packet of Paxo Sage and Onion stuffing mix
  • 1 red chilli peppers, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbspns of maple syrup
  • 1 small roasting tin, lightly greased

How to make it

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas mark 6
  2. Make up the Paxo Sage and Onion stuffing mix as directed on the pack.
  3. Stir in the chopped chillies and maple syrup.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and place in the roasting tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden.

Hints and tips

  • For extra texture add some finely chopped onions.
