For a delicious and quick dessert, place some crushed biscuits into the bottom of a glass, whisk a carton of Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard with mascarpone cheese and top with grated chocolate.
Serves 4
What you need
- 4-6 crushed digestive biscuits
- 1 carton Ambrosia Chocolate Flavour Custard
- 1 × 250g tub mascarpone cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated chocolate
- 4 glasses
How to make it
- Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses and press down very lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Gently whisk together the Ambrosia Chocolate Flavoured Custard and the mascarpone cheese and divide equally between the 4 glasses.
- Decorate with some grated chocolate.
- Chill before serving.
Hints and tips
- Chocolate digestive biscuits or ginger nuts also taste delicious in this recipe.
- For an extra special dessert add a spoonful of extra thick double cream.
